Refund Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us at puriongoods@gmail.com and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened food-contact items (salt, cultures, muslin) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
